All of Voilemart’s 250W 36V motors, 10Ah green cell batteries and front hub kits were modified with genuine parts.
The front wheel rotates with the throttle, but does not have enough power to move the bicycle.
Voilemart is deeply frustrated. I asked a variety of questions, but I don’t even reply to them now, probably to look for excuses.
I assumed a failure and asked to replace the controller, but there is no reply.
Can you propose a cause or solution?
This bicycle is for easy use, so I want to avoid big expenses. I saw a replacement controller being sold at an affordable price, so please give me some advice.

This is a picture of the controller of the PAS sensor and the 3-wire connector. Again, the sensor is not yet connected. Because the pedal fixed nut of the bicycle is attached, it was necessary to order a split ring fitting.
I rotated the front hub with the bicycle in the stand, but as a result of the test drive, I could hardly confirm the force to pull.
Which display do you use You may need to change the program settings. I watch videos and investigate the kit.
First, the included thumb throttle simply showed the battery’s charge status.
I obtained the twisted throttle, but this also provides only battery status information.
I also saw some posts mention LED displays that allow access to programming modes, but I thought this simple kit was not necessary. If set to PAS sensor mode, the split ring sensor cannot be confirmed until it arrives next week.

Currently, I have seen two candidates in the direction of purchasing more balanced bicycles with finished products. There is no problem with one, but there is a problem where opinions are divided on the other. 250W 48V motor combines 36V 10Ah battery with built-in down tube. According to the dealer, the controller is optimized for this combination, but I saw a post saying that there is a problem other than output drop in different voltage combinations.

The motor does not depend on the battery, and the lower the voltage, the lower the speed. The controller allows or rejects a specific voltage. If the voltage is too low, the battery is dangerously overdischarged, it is detected and does not work, and it is short if it is too high. The controller is not “balanced” and there is simply a menu setting that can set a low voltage.
In the current kit, it is probably in “walking assist” mode. This is the only setting that can explain the observed phenomena. If you are in the UK or EU, you can only use “Walking Assist” mode in throttle operation only. Thank you to the lawmakers.
If there is no need to return the old sensor, the magnet ring can be cut literally in half, and the function can be checked by temporary stopping with adhesive, tape, silicon putty, string, etc. It should probably work.
