I did 3200 miles on my Kalkov Impulse 2 50 cycle bike. Yesterday, on a long way from home, the motor gradually began to deteriorate.
I backed up the harsh hills of Dartmoor, but the motor protested very loudly, and when I took my bike back using a bracket with a toe hook attached to the back of the car, I took off the motor. The spiral thread is attractive, and with a nylon gear (since it is difficult to see the spiral gear fit into the hole). I didn’t see any metal wear or bits on the spiral metal gear, so I grease it and put it back. I didn’t think this would accomplish anything! But I tried it today. Now there is more noise in the gear mesh than before the problem occurred, so the nylon gear may be installed. I have a new motor of £900. Since it is in the area of 00, it will forge until it fails. The bike itself is ridiculously, on all sorts of rough terrain - in no way punctures and still the same tires. This is the first big problem - oh, I had a new brake installed by Evans Cycles in Plymouth - they parked my car in a free parking lot for 17 minutes. (Yes, you need to register your car despite the shop being clearly marked as free for Evans customers).
The motor manufacturer Derby Cycles GMBH produces high-quality German goods. roll-eyes.
The 2018 Evo Impulse 2.2 was unsuccessful as well.

Since the 46508 is not a popular e-bike motor type in Italy, could you please let me know where I might locate a replacement?
