Hello, Bob Dicas. Mounted Ebikeling’s 1200 watt front hub motor kit on Sun Trike. It works, but sometimes it stops and the error code 11 is displayed. I have contacted Ebikeling, but I have no response. We need help solving this problem, so we are contacting you.

Ebikeling finally responds and sends a new controller, wiring harness, and brake sensor. Let’s see what happens.
Make sure the battery is getting a good connection.
